The solution of logical and semantical paradoxes is discussed in the article. The solution was developed by B. Russell. In modern logical literature the solution was represented by G. Priest as the principle of uniform solution of paradoxes. G. Priest thinks that the division of paradoxes on two fundamental different groups (logical and semantical) is wrong. He recognizes the correctness of B. Russell who considered all paradoxes in unified form. On the foundation of research of formal structure of paradoxes the author of the article asserts that the principle of uniform solution cannon be called completely relevant to the problem, since it relies on insufficiently thorough diagnosis of the causes of paradoxes.
