От «номоса» к «фюсису» и обратно (Концепция «закон природы» в философии Ф. Бэкона)

Аннотация
Статья посвящена анализу концепции «закон природы» в философских работах Ф. Бэкона (1561 – 1626). В статье основное внимание уделено следующим трем вопросам: особенности понимания и использования термина «закон природы» до Ф. Бэкона, новизна подхода к интерпретации этого понятия Ф. Бэконом, теологические и правовые истоки понятия «закон природы». Показано, что в работах, относящихся к эпохе Средневековья, термин «закон природы» имел либо чисто дескриптивный (описательно-констатирующий), либо смешанный прескриптивно-дескриптивный характер. Новизна подхода к пониманию закона природы в трудах Ф. Бэкона заключается прежде всего в том, что в его трактовке ясно проступают контуры понимания закона природы как выражения причинно-следственной связи между фактами и явлениями, причем, Бэкон в качестве наиболее глубоких причин указывает «Latentis Processus et Latentis Sehematismi» тел, т.е. отсылает к микроуровню организации материи. В статье рассмотрены также теологические (в контексте представления «Бог действует в мире только посредством вторичных причин» и протестантского учения о «прекращении чудес») и юридические (в контексте норм и практики common law) истоки бэконианского понимания концепции «закон природы».
