ДВА ТЕЛА ИММУНОЛОГИИ: К ВОПРОСУ ОБ ИСТОРИЧЕСКОЙ ДИНАМИКЕ ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ВООБРАЖЕНИЯ

Концептуальная история иммунологии изобилует встречами, наложениями и конфронтациями между различными образами, метафорами, словарями и риторическими стратегиями. На сегодняшний день доминирующей иммунологической теорией остается теория «своего»/«чужого», становление которой пришлось на 1950–1960-е гг. и было сопряжено с рецепцией кибернетического словаря, который получил широкое распространение в биологических науках на фоне холодной войны. Однако с 1970-х гг. в иммунологии возникает серия конкурирующих теорий, стремящихся уйти от бинарной логики «своего»/«чужого» и расширить семантику иммунологических концепций за пределы защиты и нападения. В этих теориях на первый план выходят семантика и метафорика гибкости, контекстуальности, саморегуляции и адаптивности, которые постепенно приобретают автономию по отношению к оборонительной модели и формируют альтернативный образ иммунной системы. В то время как большинство современных критических исследований иммунологии сфокусированы на милитаризме иммунологического языка и воображения, автор предлагает рассмотреть в качестве исследовательской проблемы не столько господство того или иного образа иммунного тела, сколько факт сосуществования «двух тел» в иммунологии: с одной стороны, тела как замкнутой, милитаризованной системы, жестко отграниченной от враждебной среды; с другой, открытого, гибкого, адаптивного тела с подвижными и проницаемыми границами. Такая постановка проблемы позволяет развернуть несколько иную перспективу проблематизации историчности иммунного тела: это не только тело, отмеченное опытом фундаментальной биологической уязвимости перед инфекционными заболеваниями и поэтому зависящее от биомедицинских вмешательств и соответствующих биополитических стратегий, но также тело, включенное в экономический и культурный режим позднего капитализма, «гибкое тело», чье взаимодействие со своей средой опосредуется императивами пластичности, которые оно должно инкорпорировать.
